Important things to do in the event of a claim
- Contact Pantaenius immediately in the event of a claim.
- Prevent further damage.
- Theft, break-in and fire damage shall be reported to the police.
- t’s a good idea to take pictures of the damage and all the involved vessels and to write down a witness report.
- On collision you shall inform Pantaenius the name, address and insurance company of the counterparts.
- If we use a surveyor you have the right to attend at the inspection.
- You shall not confess any responsibility in the presence of the third party without our approval.
- If a yard has taken care of the vessel Pantaenius must be contacted prior to the start of the repair.
